Winemaking: Grapes undergo a brief drying period of approximately 20 days before fermentation in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation and 3–6 months of aging in large French oak casks.

His Morandina comes from high-altitude vineyards and offers a particularly lively expression of the region's traditional red grapes, with notes of tart cherries, wild raspberries, thyme, and a little black pepper. Silky, savory, and wonderfully bright, with just enough structure to keep things interesting, it's a refreshing departure from the richer, heavier reds often associated with the Veneto.
