Variety: 100% Tempranillo Blanco (a rare genetic mutation of the red Tempranillo grape).

Region: Rioja (specifically the Sierra de Yerga/Navarra area of the D.O.Ca).
Farming: Certified Organic. The vines are dry-farmed in deep stony clay and limestone soils. They prioritize "happy grapes" grown without systemic chemicals.
Winemaking: Minimal Intervention. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures using indigenous yeasts. True to Germán's philosophy, there is zero oak used. Instead, the wine is aged for roughly 6 months in concrete tanks and Flextank eggs to allow micro-oxygenation while preserving pure fruit.
