A seriously soulful take on Dolcetto, with juicy black cherry and plum, violets, licorice, and a little savory spice. Bright and fresh but with more depth and structure than your average easy-drinking Dolcetto, finishing dry with a subtle almond-like bitterness. A truffle's best friend.
