Juicy, bright, and beautifully crunchy, with tart cherry, raspberry, black cherry, and a little stony, peppery spice. Vibrant acidity keeps it light on its feet, while the Gamay brings a lovely silky texture and just enough earthy depth. Chill it down and let it rip — this is Loire glou-glou at its finest.
