Winemaking: Strictly Traditionalist. Spontaneous fermentation in cement vats with 20-25 days of skin contact. The wine is aged for 30 months in large Slavonian oak botti (3000–3600L), then rested in the bottle for 6 months before release. Unfined and unfiltered.
