Farming: Hand-harvested from approximately 30-year-old vines on clay, marl and limestone soils, with a low-intervention approach.
Winemaking: Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts; 80% of the grapes macerated on their skins for 10 days, while 20% was direct-pressed. Aged in concrete and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

A juicy little Piedmontese charmer. Bright red berries, violets, pepper and a touch of earthiness, with classic Freisa freshness and a lovely chewy snap. Chill it ever so slightly and let this one do its very delicious thing.
