Old vines, old barrels, and a little extra patience make this one of Yann Bertrand's most compelling wines. Delicate aromas of violets and crushed raspberries give way to wild cherry, subtle earthiness, and a beautifully mineral finish, all carried by fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Elegant enough for a special occasion but far too delicious to save forever—try it with duck breast and cherries or a classic roast chicken with tarragon.
