Bright and energetic but with serious depth, showing lime, grapefruit, mandarin, quince, and a lovely waxy, mineral texture. Long lees aging gives it a creamy richness that plays beautifully against the wine’s firm, chalky grip. A little wild, a little savory, and extremely compelling.
