Farming: Certified Organic and Biodynamic (Respekt-Biodyn). Hand-harvested from steep, gray slate vineyards, with vines ranging in age up to 50–60 years.
Winemaking: Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, approximately 60% in traditional neutral oak barrels and 40% in stainless steel. A portion undergoes malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur additions.

Clemens and Rita Busch have been pioneers of organic and biodynamic farming in Germany's Mosel Valley since the 1980s, producing some of the region's most compelling Rieslings. Their estate Riesling is a beautiful introduction to their style, offering bright green apple, white peach, lemon zest, and delicate herbal notes, all underscored by the unmistakable mineral character of the region's slate soils. Bone-dry and wonderfully precise, with electric acidity, a subtle saline edge, and a refreshingly modest 10.5% alcohol. A brilliant partner for oysters, sushi, or anything involving fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon.
