Farming: Sustainably farmed estate vineyards; no herbicides or pesticides. Gravelly, pebbly sedimentary soils.
Winemaking: Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. Secondary fermentation by the Charmat method in pressurized tanks, followed by time on the fine lees.

Pretty in pink and exactly as fun as Prosecco should be. Bright, bubbly and crisp, with white peach, raspberry and a little watermelon-rind freshness.
