Winemaking: Whole bunches are gently crushed and macerated on their skins for six months in traditional underground qvevri, then racked into a new qvevri and aged for another year before bottling; native yeast, unfined and unfiltered.

Georgia’s ancient wine tradition in one very cool bottle. Golden and hazy, with apricot, dried fruit, black tea, earthy spice and a little savory nuttiness, plus the lovely tannic grip that makes skin-contact Kisi so distinctive. This is orange wine with some actual muscle, and it absolutely wants to be paired with food.
