Winemaking: Hand-harvested whole clusters undergo cold carbonic maceration with native yeasts, followed by aging in seasoned oak barrels and demi-muids. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without added sulfur.

Don't let the name fool you—there's nothing chaotic about this beautifully composed Fleurie. From some of Yann Bertrand's oldest family vines, it's all fragrant red cherries, wildflowers, delicate spice, and a whisper of granite minerality, with silky tannins and remarkable finesse. A particularly special bottle of Beaujolais that deserves a spot at the table, preferably alongside a wild mushroom tart or a generous wedge of Comté.
