Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed and co-fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in concrete tanks. Maceration lasts approximately two weeks. The wine is aged in concrete tanks for 6 months and bottled unfiltered, with minimal sulfur added.

Bright, juicy, and wonderfully fresh, with wild strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry, Mediterranean herbs, and a little peppery spice. Silky and light on its feet with soft tannins and a savory, earthy finish. One of those magical Sicilian reds that somehow tastes sunny and refreshing at the same time.
