Lightly fizzy, juicy, and ridiculously refreshing, with lemon, green apple, white peach, citrus blossom, and a little mineral snap. There’s a gentle touch of sweetness balanced by bright Riesling acidity and a soft, leesy texture. Basically the wine equivalent of cracking open something cold and fizzy on a hot afternoon — except considerably more interesting.
